Day 1: Kruger National Park ( South Africa)
Departing early from Johannesburg & Pretoria we head off the plateau towards Mozambique to the town of Nelspruit to meet up with fellow travelers and to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, before heading north towards the Kruger National Park.
Once inside the Kruger Park we will be on the lookout for wildlife en route to our campsite. After setting up camp you will have a chance to relax for a couple of hours before heading out on an evening sunset drive with your experienced Kruger guide. This drive lasts between 3 and 3.5 hours, which gives you the opportunity to see plenty of wildlife. On your return your guide will have dinner ready for you.

Day 2: Kruger National Park
Starting the day early we will go on a morning game drive and hopefully spot loads of animals and birdlife in their natural habitat. The Park is home to 147 mammal (including the Big 5), 114 reptile, & 502 bird species. 4x4 open-sided vehicles will be used for the game drives to give you the best viewing possible. Breakfast and lunch will be enjoyed at one of the picnic sites inside Kruger National Park. At sunset you will start with a 3 hour night drive, with a Kruger National Park guide.
This is a great opportunity to see nocturnal animals not normally seen during the day game drives.

Day 3: South Africa – Mozambique (Bilene)
Our morning starts off with a 2 to 3 hour walking safari with an experienced Kruger National Park guide who will be able to point out the finer details of the local flora and fauna in detail.
Once out of the park we will make our way to the borders of South Africa and Mozambique.
After the border procedures the road takes us towards the coast and then past the capital Maputo, then north to beautiful Bilene, a small town surrounded by inland lakes.

Day 4: Bilene
After an early morning swim in the clear waters of the inland lake that stretches for 27 kilometres, breakfast is served, after which you can relax on the beach at our campsite. The rest of the day you can familiarise yourself with the local fisherman and maybe even go searching for prawns with them. This is an excellent time to immerse yourself in their culture and get to know how the locals live. There is a local market where you can find an assortment of curios, and a walk through town is a must.

Days 5, 6: Bilene - Barra Reef
Leaving Bilene the road takes us north through this awesome tropical country. There will be stops along the road for you to enjoy some of the views and also to do some shopping. Once through Inhambane we will make our way down to the Barra Reef area for your diving.

Days 7, 8: Tofo Beach
A short drive from Barra takes us to Tofo, where your guide will organize an Ocean Safari for you on this day. You will swim amongst Whale Sharks, Manta Rays and, at certain times of the year, even Turtles.

Day 9: Mapu to
After time spent on the pristine beaches, our journey takes us south to Maputo, the capital city of Mozambique. Arriving late afternoon, we will settle into our hotel rooms, and later on your guide will take you out for the night to one of the restaurants in the city.

Day 10: Mozambique - South Africa ( Pre toria, Johannesburg)
Before bidding a fond farewell to paradise, your guide will take you on a short tour of the city before making our way towards the border. As we slowly drive home, take a look out of the window, smile, and think to yourself that not many people get to do what you just did.
